The delivery drivers in mount Gambier are a danger to everyone on the road, no regards to incoming traffic or road rules, only a matter of time before someone is killed, you only have to look at the delivery cars and how smashed up they are to know how bad they drive..

Extremely poor service, 11:34am 25/09/2022 staff were rude on the phone, previously had no issues ordering/delivery to address, was told would have to pay an additional delivery fee despite address not being further then 10 minutes from store. extremely disappointed as we order 10 pizzas for a kids birthday party

Ordered pizzas (3 different varieties), garlic bread, drink and 3 sides online. Delivery was on time, quality was great, but two pizzas were identical and the one that was messed up attracted a surcharge due to special topping. When I contacted the store to inform them of their mistake I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told that I would have the correct pizza delivered to me but I would have to return the pizza that was a mistake. I would have given a 1 star review but the quality was great so Dominos Mt Gambier got an extra star.

Order two pizza, a cheese and pepperoni pizza, both came wrong with extra toppings. Called and got them replaced, only for the replacement pizzas came again wrong. When we called to get these replaced/refund, my wife was called a liar and I was told to (literally) shut up by the manager of the store when we tried to explain, we got a refund instead and needless to say we have not ordered from them again. Unprofessional, rude and belligerent is how I would describe Dominos Pizza Mount Gambier.

Dominos! Apart from the fact the pizzas are half the size of what they use to be, i find the waiting periods arent very precise which isnt ideal as the locationmakes parking a hard practice. Theres always give or take depending on the busyness of the night but i have noticed they arent even close to the timer on the app. My last experience was 1/2 hr wait due to the wrong garlic bread being cooked apparently so i touched the garlic breads and they seemed to be of the same temperature as the rest of the food. Maybe a coincidence but thats just my last pick up. The foods usually got good taste but not enough for your money. My opinion...

Nice Pizzas Quick service. Very small eatery so delivery would be advisable. We were travelling so couldn t have delivery. Parking: Limited parking spots luckily we were late getting tea.

Terrible to order online. Round and round. Wanting me to order more stuff bf i could. Had to cancel and start again. Waited outside Dominos store as per sign in cold and along comes another bloke and walked around me and straight in to be served. Im peed off. So rude. Staff girl had little skill

Pizza is good, service is abysmal. However.. it receives it 4 star redemption because if you go at a later hour, you will be greeted by an elderly lady who has far too much time on her hands and therefore provides excellent service. She is lovely. Makes good pizza too. Would eat again, but only late.

I ordered through dominos and they stole my money so I wouldnt recommend ordering from them through doordash or anything like that as the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.
